How to Register

Important information about the registration process, fees, periods, and cancellation policy.

Please read this information carefully!

1. How To Register Your Teams?

Steps 1: Get the following 2 files ready before procced to the registration.

• Download the correct registration forms
  • Singapore MOE school teams:  RCSG2025_Registration_MOE_Schools.xlsx
  • Private institution teams: RCSG2025_Registration_Private Centre.xlsx
  • Private individual teams: RCSG2025_Registration_Private_Individual.xlsx
  • International Junior Teams: RCSG2025_Registration_Junior_International.xlsx
  • RoboCup Humanoid teams: RCSG2025_Registration_Humanoid.xlsx
• Fill up the registration form.
  • One student can only participate in one challenge.
  • Choose the registration fee payment mode.
  • You can include multiple teams in one registration form.
• Prepare one photo for each team
  • It can be team photo or individual photo.
  • Please use team name as the photo file name

Step 2: Zip all photos, and the corresponding RCSG2025 registration form. Make sure the file size is less than 100 MB. Only 1 zip file is allowed per registration

Step 3: Click on the RoboCup SG Open Team Registration button below to upload your zip file.

If you want to make changes to your submission, you can submit a new one that includes the revised or updated information.

2. Registration Fee Payment

• The RoboCup Singapore office will contact you regarding the registration fee payment after the online registration is confirmed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Please confirm your participation before payment. The registration fee is not refundable.
• Please direct all general questions and inquiries regarding payment via email to junior@robocupsg.org.
